Return and Refund Policy

 We want you to feel supported and confident when using our services and products. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!


Service Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that life happens! However, our time is valuable, and we often have families waiting for appointments. To ensure we can support as many people as possible:


  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund or reschedule at no cost. 
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 75% fee will apply as it is unlikely we can fill your spot on short notice. 
  • If we are unable to deliver a service due to an issue on our end, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

We truly appreciate your understanding—this policy helps us continue providing support to families in need.


Product Returns & Refunds

  • If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not what you expected, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. 
  • We’ll happily offer a replacement, store credit, or refund—whichever works best for you. 
  • Products must be unused and in their original condition for returns (unless faulty).
